蔡芳

蔡芳 ，女， 1976 年 10 月出生。

1999 年 7 月毕业于湖南师范大学生物教育专业，同年保送至中南大学医学遗传学国家重点实验室攻读硕士学位， 2002 年直接攻读博士学位，主要进行基因功能及干细胞的研究。

研究课题：

1. 基因功能：基因的表达、纯化，基因的表达谱，基因的转录调控，蛋白质的互作。

2. 干细胞：分离、培养、鉴定人成体干细胞，为细胞治疗、基因治疗提供靶细胞。现已初步建立神经干细胞、骨髓基质细胞、成肌细胞的体外分离、培养、鉴定方法。
